- NOTE-You will have to season it before you start using it. We do prefer to season cast iron cookware at your home as you want to be sure of the quality of oil you use to season it. No cast Kadai is rust free. Make sure that after washing it dry it and apply a thin coat of any oil
- Seasoning - Cookware is Unseasoned. Before it's First Use-The traditional way is to seep the raw vessel in water that is used to wash rice (containing starch particles) for 2 days and then treat with oil so that the oil becomes a coating and makes it rustproof and even non- stick.
- Healthy - Handmade with the finest grade iron and built to last for generations. Cooking in a cast iron pan adds a good amount of trace iron into your diet, which is beneficial for supplementing dietary iron intake and reducing iron deficiency. Being a handmade product, it has a natural finish apart from the machine-made cookwares like nonstick, steel.
- Cleaning - Once it is done, use a soft cloth to wipe away the excess oil and store the Kadai in a dry place. Repeat the process 3- 4 times before starting to cook to get your desired result. On further usage, it becomes non-sticky and your food will taste the best.
